ในฐานะผู้ผลิตฉากกั้นอาบน้ำรายแรกของประเทศไทยตั้งแต่ปี พ.ศ. 2536 ShowerKing ตระหนักดีว่าปัญหาหลักของผู้ใช้ฉากกั้นอาบน้ำคือ การดูแลรักษาและทำความสะอาดกระจกให้ดูใสและสะอาดเหมือนใหม่อยู่เสมอ ทีมงาน R&D ของ ShowerKing จึงได้ค้นคว้าและวิจัยอย่างต่อเนื่อง เพื่อแก้ปัญหาคราบสกปรกฝังแน่นบนผิวกระจกมาตลอด และด้วยการสนับสนุนจากสำนักงานนวัตกรรมแห่งชาติ (NIA) ShowerKing ได้ประสบความสำเร็จในการเป็นผู้ผลิตฉากกั้นอาบน้ำรายแรกของโลกที่สามารถเคลือบสาร UltraGuard ชนิดใสบนกระจก ทำให้กระจกของ ShowerKing มีคุณสมบัติไล่น้ำ (Hydrophobic) ซึ่งนอกจากจะทำให้กระจกสามารถทำความสะอาดง่าย คงความใสอยู่เสมอแล้ว ยังมีความคงทนในการใช้งานกว่า 10,000 รอบ* อีกด้วย (*ผลจากการทดลองด้วยเครื่อง Abrasion Test ตามหลักมาตรฐานสากล) As Thailand’s first shower enclosure manufacturer since 1993, ShowerKing has been aware that the main problem all customers have in common is how to maintain the glass to look clean and spotless. With our Research & Development team’s continuous work and a grant by the National Innovation Agency (NIA), ShowerKing becomes the world’s 1st shower enclosure manufacturer to successfully coat our glass with UltraGuard, giving it the hydrophobic property. Beside providing the maximum cleanability, this innovation yields more than 10,000 rounds* of cleaning durability. Scientifically on such surface the water contact angle will be larger than 90 degrees thus making the shape of water round and roll easily similar to water droplets on lotus leaves. UltraGuard coating is chemically stable and durable in various conditions. It is widely used in aviation and space industries for its stability and durability.
